“Moving to Plantation has been a strategic choice for Merchant Industry as we continue to expand our operations. The city truly values its business community, consistently going the extra mile to support industries from banking to merchants. With over $9 billion in business transactions annually, we need a skilled and motivated workforce, which South Florida offers. Additionally, with over 50% of our team from a Latino background and my own family roots in Ecuador, we’re excited to grow our team here to 1,000 employees to better serve our clients and communities across the region,” Baneabu said.
